Accountable for our mistakes
If a document is refused because of something we got wrong, the service fee comes back. We do not refund a refusal caused by the information given to us.
We will never present ourselves as a government service
No official-looking seals, no domain designed to be mistaken for an authority, and a link to the official source on every destination page so you can compare or go direct at any point. The whole business only works if you can tell exactly who you are dealing with.

Each one is added only after its official process has been worked through end to end. We would rather cover fewer destinations properly than list every country and learn on your application.
