The things people ask before paying.
No. We are a private, independent filing service with no affiliation to any government, embassy or consulate. Every destination page links the official source so you can compare before you decide.
You are paying for someone to check the form against your passport, file it through the right channel, follow up if it stalls, and answer you when something goes wrong close to your flight. If none of that is worth a fee to you, applying directly is a perfectly reasonable choice.
If the refusal is down to something within our control, we refund the service fee in full. Government fees, once paid to an authority, are refunded only if that authority returns them.
We file within the window shown on your destination page. What happens after filing is the authority's own timeline, so we publish typical ranges rather than promises we cannot keep.
They are sent over an encrypted connection, seen only by whoever is working your file, used solely to complete your application, and handled on the schedule in our privacy policy. We do not sell data.
Yes. One application covers every traveler on the booking — add each person's details on the form and everyone is filed together under one reference.
Use the "Track an application" link at the top of the site with your reference number and the email you applied with.
Check the processing window on your destination page — some documents can only be filed a few days before arrival, others should be filed well ahead. Applying too early is sometimes as much of a problem as applying too late.
That is exactly what the review step is for — every field is checked against your passport before anything is filed. If you spot an error after submitting, contact us with your reference number as soon as possible.
Where the destination supports it, a faster option appears on the review step of the application, with the extra fee shown up front.
